Welcome!
Burgess Hill Choral Society is a friendly and vibrant choir of around 80–90 singers, led by a dynamic conductor/musical director who makes rehearsals fun, leading to inspired performances. The Choral Society has been running for more than 65 years. We perform two concerts each year at St Andrew's Church in Burgess Hill.
Rehearsals are held on Monday evenings from 8pm to 10pm at the United Reformed Church hall, Junction Road, Burgess Hill between September and April.
New members are welcome, and may try a session before committing to membership. New members normally join in September or January, though it is sometimes possible to join during a season. Our new season 2013–14 will begin on Monday 9th September 2013. Contact us for more information.
Our repertoire covers a range of classical choral music from the 15th century to the present day. See the Repertoire pages for details of the works we have sung. A few more details about the choir are given on the page About the Society. We welcome experienced singers and those who have not sung for a while. No audition is necessary, so why not come and try a rehearsal before deciding whether to join us?
